The problem
Custom screen-printing orders were taken by chat and paper: garment, colour, print position and size split went back and forth before anything reached production. Artomia needed a POS where staff and customers build the order visually, so what gets printed is exactly what was agreed.
What I did
- Created the complete design system
- Designed the catalogue, the garment customizer and the order flow
- Conducted A/B testing on checkout flows
- Collaborated with developers on implementation
