The problem
PLN operators across UP3 and ULP offices had limited real-time visibility of switchgears and transformers, reactive maintenance caused costly downtime, and data piled up without insight across fragmented silos.
What I did
- Designed the real-time monitoring dashboard for electrical infrastructure
